How it Works

The WriteMyAd® system is powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence software which instantly analyses all of your responses and builds an ad perfectly tailored to your responses.

• Our system is loaded with hundreds of creative phrases and sentences which have been compiled from a range of industry sources.
• The system will alert you if a phrase has been used within the last 30 days and give you the option to re-generate  thus reducing the chance of seeing your phrase appearing across several ads.

Step 1

• Create an account via the home page

Step 2

• Fund your account. You can purchase ‘Ad Credits’ which can be stored in your account to be used at a later date.

Step 3

• Work your way through each category answering questions relating to the property.
• You can move forwards or backwards at any time with ease.

Step 4

• Generate Ad
• If any of the ad content has been generated for a property within the surrounding postcodes, the text will be highlighted in red and you will have an option of generating an alternative version of the ad.
• Ad will be displayed & emailed to you along with your transaction receipt.
• When you the ad is emailed to you, you can use it as is or alternatively amend any of the content so it meets your marketing needs.
• Ads are emailed instantly provided you have a sufficient account balance.

Example: here's how it works

The user selects the type of property (house, unit, townhouse, duplex, apartment or vacant land) and then selects features of the property from a number of different categories:

Style of property: user selects Elevated home
Location: user selects Overlooking the ocean
Bedrooms: user selects 2 bedrooms
Bathrooms: user selects 1 bathroom
Fireplace: user selects yes
Garage: user selects double with internal entry
Gardens: user selects well maintained
Nearby amenities: user selects beach, shops, national parks

As you can see the system randomly selects phrases associated with your selections and then creates an instant ad that is emailed to you and can be modified/customised by you to meet your marketing requirements. The ad length will be determined by the number of features you select.
